Shipping is free above 59.90 euros. Ferrucci Comfort ships throughout Italy via Standard Shipping at a cost of €6.99. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and outside the national territory are excluded.
It is also possible to choose an Express Delivery which provides for delivery within the working day following the fulfillment, at cost of € 9.99.

What are the delivery times?
Your order will be shipped in approximately 2 working days throughout the peninsula , while for the islands delivery times can be longer and fluctuate between 3 and 4 working days. If the destination of your package is subject to restrictions on the movement of municipal and regional goods, you will be notified by our Customer Service via email.

How can I monitor the status of the shipment?
You can track your order simply by clicking the tracking link contained in the shipping confirmation email.

Why is the tracking link for my order not visible?
If your order is among those delayed due to courier operational issues, the tracking link may also not be updated in real time. Don't worry! Continue to monitor the tracking in your personal area: the status of your order will soon be visible!

What does it mean when the wording "Unknown recipient or incorrect address" appears in the tracking link of my order?
All shipments in stock are monitored by our Customer Service which releases the storage allowing up to two re-deliveries of the goods. If the courier informs us that the delivery address indicated during the order stage has some anomaly, we will immediately contact you to request clarifications and thus release the stock.
