At a time when it is right to be physically distant, we want to be as close as possible to your needs.
We are working hard to ensure that shipments arrive comfortably at home in the times you are used to, but due to the current health emergency, the operation of transport services could be delayed up to more than a week.

Shipping is free over 59.90 euros. Ferrucci Comfort ships throughout Italy via Standard Shipping at a cost of € 5.99. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and outside the national territory are excluded.
It is also possible to choose Express Delivery in 24h at a cost of € 9.99.

Here are some advice for you:

  1. Have you received the order confirmation email yet? Remember that if you paid by bank transfer you may have to wait a couple of days before the transaction is correctly registered. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the payment.
  2. Have you already received the shipping confirmation email? Now you can follow the package's journey to your home using the tracking link you find in the email.

What are the delivery times?
The shipment of your order will take place in about 2 working days throughout the peninsula , while for the islands delivery times can be longer and vary between 3 and 4 working days. If the destination of your package is subject to municipal and regional restrictions on the circulation of goods, you will be notified by our Customer Service via email.

How can I monitor the status of the shipment?
You can track your order by simply clicking on the tracking link contained in the shipping confirmation email.

Why isn't the tracking link for my order visible?
If your order is among those delayed due to courier operational problems, the tracking link may also not be updated in real time. Don't worry! Keep monitoring the tracking in your personal area: the status of your order will soon be visible!

What does it mean when the words "Unknown recipient or incorrect address" appear in the tracking link of my order?
All shipments in storage are monitored by our Customer Service which releases the stock allowing up to two redelivery of the goods. If the courier informs us that the delivery address indicated in the order stage has some anomaly, we will immediately contact you to request clarifications and thus release the stock.
